2021 Virtual Mid-Winter Meeting

The 2021 Virtual Mid-Winter has an estimated total of 960 CLE minutes.  Ethics and Diversity/Elimination of Bias CLE credit sessions are listed below.  Final approved credit amounts will vary by state, based upon each state’s regulations and credit calculation.

  • Diversity/Elimination of Bias: Recognizing and Disrupting Negative Biases, Monday, February 1, 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm
    90 minutes Diversity/Elimination of Bias   
  • IP During a Pandemic: Business Agility and Ethics, Thursday, February 4 , 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm
    60 minutes Ethics

The 2021 Annual Meeting has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 16.00 hours, including 1.5 hours of Elimination of Bias/Diversity and 1.00 hours of Ethics CLE credit.
The above amount is the calculation for 60-minute hour states.  The maximum credit hour calculation for 50-minute hour states is 19.20 hours, including 1.80 hours of Elimination of Bias/Diversity and 1.20 hours of Ethics CLE credit.  Credit amounts will vary by state, based upon each state’s regulations and credit calculation.

We are an approved provider by most states requiring CLE and have applied for credit for this meeting to all states requiring CLE.
