Alternative Dispute Resolution has become an increasingly popular alternative to traditional litigation.
This committee provides continuing legal education (CLE) opportunities that address procedures, methods, and approaches to resolving intellectual property disputes through mediation and arbitration and the like.

Key Initiatives
- Maintain a curated list of arbitrators and mediators to facilitate contact between parties in an intellectual property dispute and AIPLA members willing to serve in its resolution.
