Sample IP Agreements
Here we maintain a collection of sample agreements relating to intellectual property transactions. Each agreement is annotated to explain the impact of specific provisions contained in the sample agreements. Please note that these agreements are exemplary; a sample agreement included here may not be ideal for every situation. Use them at your own risk.*
You can use the sample agreements in several ways:

Join the AIPLA Corporate Practice Committee on January 13th and 20th for the Virtual AIPLA Corporate Practice Institute!
This online, CLE-program spans two half-days, from Noon – 5:00 pm Eastern and include 3 one-hour CLE sessions and a one-hour networking session each day.
The Corporate Practice Institute is not a bootcamp. The Institute provides significant value to AIPLA members by offering them the opportunity to learn about important legal issues affecting their practice from experienced practitioners. This includes experienced in-house attorneys, but also new in-house attorneys learning to manage new corporate environments and challenges not taught in law schools or private practice. For the same reason, the Institute helps private practice attorneys, especially associates, prepare for potential in-house career moves. The program also provides a valuable networking opportunity for members to connect with each other and learn from each other's experiences.
The Institute is designed for Corporate in-house counsel, including attorneys and patent agents.
