Rohol, Susan

Susan Rohol is a partner in Willkie's Privacy, Cybersecurity & Data Strategy and AI & Emerging Technologies groups and is based in Los Angeles.  Susan's practice is focused on advising clients on cutting-edge issues spanning privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, content moderation, intellectual property, regulatory investigations and global government affairs. 

 Prior to joining Willkie, Ms. Rohol served as Senior Vice President and Chief Privacy Officer for Warner Bros. Discovery, where she built and managed a global team of 60+ legal and compliance professionals. Earlier in her career, Ms. Rohol served as Nike's Global Director of Intellectual Property and Privacy Policy and as senior counsel on the Senate Judiciary Committee, where she recommended the creation of the Subcommittee on Privacy, Technology and the Law.  She received her JD from Harvard Law School.
