Leiter, Emily

Emily Leiter is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. She has experience handling a range of complex commercial matters, with a focus on employment litigation, arbitration, union negotiations, contract drafting, and compliance counseling. Before joining the firm, Emily interned with the general counsel of an impact litigation non-profit and assisted with a range of labor and employment matters and compliance reviews.  

 Emily received her J.D., with high honors, from the Emory University School of Law. While in law school, Emily served as a judicial intern to the Hon. William M. Ray, II with the Northern District of Georgia. She earned a B.A., magna cum laude, in Spanish and psychology from Wake Forest University.
