    Pirkey Barber | Attorney

    Giulio Yaquinto practices trademark, copyright, and unfair competition law. He represents clients in federal courts across the country and at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He also devotes a significant portion of his practice to policing infringements and developing enforcement strategies. Giulio has experience in all stages of litigation, from the filing of pleadings through trial and appeal.
