Seed IP | Associate

Tayah is an Associate with Seed IP.  She focuses her practice on IP defense, enforcement, and litigation matters, with a focus on trademark and copyright matters.  She has experience with drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions in intellectual property, unfair trade practices, and business disputes. She also has experiences prosecuting and managing trademark and copyright portfolios. Tayah has also conducted legal research, drafted litigation documents, and provided litigation strategy to clients. 

Prior to joining Seed IP, Tayah worked as an associate and/or contract attorney for several IP boutiques in Atlanta and Savannah, Georgia. She also served as Term Law Clerk for Hon. Tilman E. “Tripp” Self III at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, in Macon, GA.  She received her J.D. (cum laude) from University of Georgia School of Law in 2017. Tayah earned a B.S. (magna cum laude) in Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2013.
