The June 2019 update of the USPTO’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Manual of Procedure (TBMP) is now available on the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board webpage under "Policies and procedures. The revision describes current practice and procedure under the applicable authority and relevant case law reported between March 2, 2018, and March 1, 2019.
