Start at the First-Time Attendee & New Member Reception
Kick off your Annual Meeting by joining us for the First-Time Attendee & New Member Reception on Thursday, October 29, at 6:00 pm.
This casual event is a great opportunity to meet fellow first-time attendees, connect with AIPLA leaders and members, and start building your network.
Pick Up Your First-Time Attendee Ribbon
When you pick up your badge, be sure to get a First-Time Attendee/New Member ribbon and wear it throughout the meeting.
It's an easy way to let other attendees know you're new. AIPLA leaders, mentors, and longtime members actively look for these ribbons and make an effort to introduce themselves, answer questions, and help you feel welcome.
Request a Mentor
First-time attendees can request a mentor during registration to help them navigate the meeting, make connections, and get the most out of the experience.Say Hello!
One of the best parts of the Annual Meeting is the people you'll meet.
Don't hesitate to introduce yourself, strike up a conversation before a session, or join others at networking events. You'll find AIPLA members are welcoming, approachable, and eager to help you make connections
