  Patrick is a trial and appellate attorney. His litigation experience includes patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret claims; licensing; related antitrust and unfair competition issues; general commercial litigation; products liability; and domestic and international arbitration. He also assists clients with strategic portfolio development and management.
• Hoyng, Willem

  Hoyng Rokh Monegier | Partner

  Willem’s practice primarily consists of litigating in the field of intellectual property law. Willem acts before all the national courts (the courts of first instance, the courts of appeal and the Supreme Court). He also regularly litigates before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) and the European Patent Office (EPO). Willem is also involved in advising on European patent strategies and coordinating and conducting European patent proceedings. He is the adviser of many innovative Dutch and foreign multinationals, including pharmaceutical and biotechnological companies.

  Bernard Ledeboer is a Board Member of the European Patent Litigators Association. He started his career as an Patent Attorney with V.O. in 1997. Before, he worked at a large law firm in Amsterdam. He holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering, and an LLM in Intellectual property litigation.

  Impact Intellectual Property | Patent Attorney & Solicitor

  Vicki Salmon is a solicitor and UK and European patent attorney and patent attorney litigator. She began her career with Mewburn Ellis, before moving through city law firms and back to patent attorney practices. She is now a co-founder of Impact Intellectual Property LLP, which started in September 2021. Her work includes advising clients on all forms of IP protection, from strategy and filing, through clearance, disputes and exploitation.
• Keller, Lauren Rose

  Jacobacci & Associati | Of Counsel

  Lauren Rose Keller is of counsel at the Turin office, focusing on IP litigation and international contractual agreements, particularly with reference to IP-sharing, franchising, licensing and distribution agreements regarding IP rights between parties in Italy and abroad. She graduated from the UC Hastings college of the Law (San Francisco, CA) in 2009. Lauren was admitted to both the California and Nevada Bar Associations in 2010, became a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2015, and has been qualified to practice as an Italian attorney before the Turin Bar since 2017.
