The United States Patent & Trademark Office is hosting Virtual Instructor Led Training (vILT) on April 2 and 3. The course is entitled “Examining Computer-Implemented Functional Claim Limitations for Compliance with 35 U.S.C. § 112.”
USPTO trainers will present the course based on material developed for patent examiners and other employees. Attendance is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The USPTO is applying for one hour of CLE credit in Virginia for this course. Information on upcoming training is available on the vILT page of the USPTO website.
