Welcome to the 2026 AIPLA Spring Meeting, taking place May 13–15, 2026, at the Fairmont San Francisco! 

This year’s theme, “The Future of IP in an AI-Driven World: Opportunities and Safeguards,” reflects the intersection of innovation and intellectual property law. As AI technologies continue to evolve and reshape industries, this meeting will provide practical insights, critical analysis, and forward-looking perspectives on IP policy and practice. 

Over the course of the Meeting, you’ll have the chance to engage with thought leaders, participate in insightful discussions, and gain actionable knowledge on issues that matter most to IP practitioners.  

In addition to substantive programming, we are offering our popular hands-on workshops designed to enhance your skills and expand your toolkit for today’s practice. 

Beyond the sessions, the Spring Meeting is a great opportunity to connect with colleagues, build new relationships, and engage with fellow IP professionals in person.
