Matt Wagner is General Counsel of PDC Brands, a global leader in wellness and personal care headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut. PDC’s portfolio includes category-leading brands such as Cantu®, Dr Teal’s®, Eylure®, and Body Fantasies®, sold at major retailers throughout the U.S., U.K., and in more than 80 markets worldwide.

After more than 20 years in private practice Matt joined PDC as General Counsel in 2018. He had represented the company for more than a decade as outside general counsel while a partner and Chair of the Intellectual Property Practice at Diserio Martin in Stamford CT and Collen IP in New York.

An active leader in the intellectual property community, Matt currently serves as First Vice President of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), is an AIPLA Fellow, and a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. He has also served on the AIPLA Board of Directors (2017–2020), chaired the Copyright Law Committee, and contributed to numerous other substantive and policy committees. In addition, he is a trustee of the IP Law Foundation and serves on the Board of Pequot Library in Southport, CT.
