Shukla, Darcy

Darcy is a registered patent attorney focusing on patent prosecution in the electronics, software, computer architecture, and wireless communication arts. Darcy originally began working with Shumaker & Sieffert in 2003 as a Technical Specialist and continued to work with the firm during law school as a Law Clerk. During law school, Darcy was a student director and competition team member for the University of Minnesota Law School Intellectual Property Moot Court and received recognition for Best Appellee Brief in the AIPLA-sponsored Giles S. Rich Moot Court Competition, Northeast Region. Darcy was also a judicial extern for the Honorable Joan N. Ericksen of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. Prior to rejoining Shumaker & Sieffert, Darcy was an associate in the IP Litigation group at Faegre & Benson where her practice focused on patent litigation including pre-suit infringement investigations.
