Sean B. Fernandes

Sean Fernandes is the business unit attorney for Intel’s mobile client platforms (MCP) division.  Sean was formerly an IP litigator with the law firms of Kirkland & Ellis and Latham & Watkins. Prior to his legal career, Sean was a software consultant for many years and co-founded Prodapt Corporation, the telecom services consultancy.  Sean has a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and undergraduate degrees in computer science engineering and economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
