Sasha Rosenthal‑Larrea represents financial institutions and corporate clients in a wide variety of matters, including investment grade and high‑yield bond offerings and equity financings, syndicated loans and other leveraged acquisition finance transactions. Ms. Rosenthal‑Larrea regularly advises public company clients with respect to governance, public disclosure and other corporate matters.

In 2019, Ms. Rosenthal-Larrea was named a “Rising Star” by Law360, recognizing her as one of five outstanding banking lawyers in the nation under the age of 40. She was named a New York Law Journal “Rising Star” in 2020. Ms. Rosenthal-Larrea has also been recognized by IFLR1000 for her work in banking and capital markets, and she has been cited by The Legal 500 Latin America for her work in capital markets as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Rosenthal‑Larrea was born in Washington, D.C. She received an A.B. from Brown University and a J.D. from Columbia University.

Ms. Rosenthal‑Larrea joined Cravath in 2011 and was elected a partner in 2018. She worked in the Firm’s London office in 2014 and 2015 and is currently based in the Firm’s New York office. Ms. Rosenthal-Larrea is a partner liaison to Cravath’s Hispanic/Latinx and LGBTQ+ Affinity Groups.
