Paul E. Burns

Paul E. Burns is an attorney, mediator and arbitrator with offices in Los Angeles, San Diego and Arizona concentrating his law, mediation and arbitration practice in copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, technology-related, entertainment, healthcare, privacy and commercial litigation.  He has been included in The Best Lawyers in America for Intellectual Property Litigation, Copyright Law and Patent Law from 2007-2019, is registered to practice with the USPTO, serves as Vice-Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the AIPLA and is on the newly constituted AIPLA's List of Arbitrators and Mediators.  He also serves as an arbitrator and mediator for the American Arbitration Association, the International Trademark Association and CPR.  He received both his B.S. in Computer Science and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston College, and has taught intellectual property courses at two law schools.
