Morgan, Elizabeth Ann

Elizabeth Ann “Betty” Morgan a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She was board certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in in intellectual property law through 2023 and was certified in business litigation from 1997 to 2007. Ms. Morgan is an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) on the Complex Case, Commercial, Employment and Consumer panels. With the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR) she serves on the technology, entertainment, employment, and trademark panels. She also arbitrates with WIPO, FINRA and NAM. She is a member of INTA’s Panel of Mediators and that of WIPO. Ms. Morgan is a past Chair of AIPLA’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and is on the AIPLA List of Arbitrators and Mediators.

Ms. Morgan received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law in the Order of the Coif. She received her B.A. from the University of Florida, Phi Beta Kappa.
