Marilú Medina is Director & Assistant General Counsel at The Procter & Gamble Company, supporting its Global Privacy, Cybersecurity and Information Technology Law team. Her current work is focused on global employee data privacy compliance, including COVID-19 related privacy issues. Marilú currently leads P&G Legal’s global equality and inclusion culture team. Prior to relocating to Cincinnati, she managed P&G’s legal division in Puerto Rico, including Caribbean and Latin America distributor markets.  Before joining P&G, Marilú was a partner at O’Neill & Borges LLP specializing in labor and employment law. She is a graduate of Brown University and Boston College School of Law. She currently serves as a board member of Cincinnati Compass, and is a co-founder of PRxPR (www.prxpr.org), which supports Puerto Rico post-hurricane recovery. Marilú is fully bilingual (Spanish/English), and is passionate about women’s and LGTBQ rights, as well as Hispanic and Puerto Rico community issues.
