Ann McCrackin is a patent attorney, Adjunct Professor at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, and founder of AI-Enabled Attorney LLC. She provides practical AI training and IP operations consulting for law firms and legal teams, with a focus on helping professionals use AI effectively in real patent and trademark workflows.

Drawing on more than 25 years of patent practice, Ann helps IP professionals build the skills to work with AI confidently and responsibly. She spent over a decade streamlining IP processes with AI as the founding President of Black Hills IP and previously served as a shareholder at Schwegman, Lundberg & Woessner, P.A. Through her training and consulting, she works with organizations to build AI skills across teams so that attorneys, patent professionals, and legal staff can use AI tools more effectively in everyday practice.
