Manzer, Stefan

Stefan Manzer, M.Sc. is a German and European Patent Attorney, authorized to represent clients before the Unified Patent Court (UPC), and a partner at TER MEER & Partner in Munich. His practice focuses on complex patent litigation and cross-border patent litigation strategy, particularly in the fields of telecommunications, electronics, consumer devices, and display technologies.

Stefan has been part of the core litigation teams in several major German patent disputes, including as co-lead patent attorney in multi-patent cases involving parallel infringement and validity proceedings. Over the past five years, he has worked on more than a dozen infringement and nullity actions. He regularly advises international clients on multinational patent disputes and represents clients before the EPO, the German Federal Patent Court, and the UPC.
