David P. Lindner is a Partner in Crowell & Moring’s Patents Practice Group. He is experienced in all facets of patent protection, including litigation, counsel, and U.S. and foreign prosecution. He applies his extensive technical background to enforce or safeguard clients’ innovations in a wide array of technologies, including telecommunication systems, sensor technologies, internet and mobile applications, medical devices, and mechanical consumer products. David has represented clients before the PTAB and litigated cases in federal district and appellate courts and before the U.S. International Trade Commission.
