John Lewis Jr. is a Partner and Trial Attorney at Shook, Hardy & Bacon out of its Atlanta, Georgia office. John serves as the Chair of the Bankruptcy, Creditors’ Rights and Fiduciary Practice Group, and as the Chair of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. John has more than 25 years of experience as a trial attorney in private practice and as in-house litigation and compliance counsel. Prior to joining Shook, Hardy & Bacon, John served as in-house counsel for The Coca-Cola Company where he advised and defended company personnel on litigation matters.
