Levine, Aaron M.

Aaron M. Levine has a depth of experience representing parties in Technology Transfer transactions including to university and industry sponsored research and licensing, intellectual property and technology focused components of mergers and acquisitions, and the licensing of large patent and technology portfolios to industry.  Aaron’s clients range from large research universities and Fortune 500 companies to start-ups and individual inventors.  Aaron is a graduate of New York University School of Law and Cornell University and currently teaches Privacy and Data Security as an adjunct professor at the University of Houston Law Center.
