Kushwaha, Hetal

Hetal Kushwaha is the owner and founder of Hetal Kushwaha Business Development Services, where she helps IP lawyers develop the relationships, reputation, and business development skills that support long-term career growth.

She began her career as a design engineer before qualifying as a patent agent and later becoming a partner at an IP services firm. Over the course of her career, she developed her business development skills, took on leadership responsibilities, and gained experience across both the technical and commercial sides of intellectual property practice.

She now works with IP lawyers and law firms on relationship development, client growth, visibility, and practice development.
