Pratibha Khanduri, Ph.D., is an associate in Sterne Kessler’s Biotechnology & Chemical Practice group. Pratibha's practice focuses on biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, and she is involved in all areas of patent procurement, exploitation, and enforcement. Pratibha has experience in patentability, validity, and infringement analyses of patents; post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board at the USPTO; and litigation, including cases involving Abbreviated New Drug Applications (ANDAs). Pratibha also has experience in freedom-to-operate analyses and patent prosecution.
