Jhaveri, Sulay

Sulay Jhaveri is a partner at Wenderoth, Lind & Ponack, and his practice focuses on the preparation and prosecution of biotechnology, chemical, and pharmaceutical patent applications. Sulay has significant experience in crafting and implementing IP strategy, counseling clients in identifying and managing IP risks, litigation, drafting and prosecuting patents, and providing IP support for business development and collaborations. 

Prior to joining the firm, Sulay spent over 10 years at a couple of boutique IP firms, and over 5 years in-house, as intellectual property counsel.
