Rafael Heres is a qualified lawyer in Mexico, specialized in intellectual property and corporate law. He joined Legarreta y Asociados firm in 1998 and is a partner of the firm Legarreta y Asociados, S.C. since 2005 in the department of international trademarks and patents department in 2005 where he developed a focus on the management of large international trademark and design portfolios. Further, he has participated in several private and public companies’ projects and conducted due diligence as a legal adviser for IP matters.
He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), the International Trademark Association (INTA), the Global Law Experts Corporate Law, Lawyer International Legal 100 and the International Advisory Experts communities.
