Henry, Coulter "Coby"

COULTER (“COBY”) HENRY is Senior Counsel, Intellectual Property at Rheem Manufacturing.  Coby has over 20 years of experience in engineering, patent prosecution, IP strategic management, and IP licensing.  Coby is responsible for all aspects of the IP program at Rheem.  His responsibilities include patent and trademark prosecution, the management of outside counsel, patent licensing, litigation support, contract drafting and review, strategic growth and forecasting, budgeting, research and development assistance, and marketing review and support.  Coby also teaches a number of different courses on patent application drafting and prosecution, where students are provided with hands on instruction.
