James Hastings represents global clients in the consumer goods, technology, and healthcare industries in all aspects of trademark law and brand protection. He is currently Vice Chair, Online IP Enforcement and Anticounterfeiting Committee, AIPLA.  Previously in his career, Jamie was in-house counsel to a national multi-channel retailer.  He is also the founder of Trademark Opposition Lawyer, an online guide that features commentary on trademark and cancellation proceedings and is a member of the US Technical Advisory Group of ISO 56000 Innovation Management.
