Grunebach, Georgann

Georgann Grunebach builds patent portfolios! A hallmark of her practice is that she quickly understands complex technical and legal issues and then provides insightful solutions in a timely and always respectful manner to her fellow IP and general legal collaborators. She is a patent attorney, product counsel, contracts administrator, program manager, inventor, and licensing professional offering clients over thirty years of legal experience. Her skills include disclosure farming, prep, and proc (over 400 cases), maintenance, portfolio expansion and pruning, docketing, legal analysis, acquisition and divestiture, and litigation support. Georgann is a CPCM and her tech career originated in the worlds of electrical engineering and contracts. She has worked in commercial and Government FAR/DFAR, ITAR, copyright, trade secret, and software (SaaS, AI, performance capture, open source and commercial). From reviewing and advising on terms and conditions used within procurement, all the way through papering complex technology transfer, confidential exchanges of critical trade secrets, due diligence in pre-litigation or supporting merger and acquisition activities, she has proudly played a critical role in her company’s success. Georgann, a lifelong student, is currently attending programs in artificial intelligence.
