Goo, Valerie

Valerie Goo is a nationally recognized trial lawyer in Crowell & Moring’s Los Angeles office and a member of the firm’s Management Board. With over 30 years of experience, she has successfully led high-stakes trials and managed landmark cases involving complex commercial litigation, trade secrets, trademark infringement, copyright, right of publicity, unfair competition, false advertising, consumer class action, and general business disputes.

Valerie regularly represents companies in intellectual property litigation and has successfully tried cases to verdict, obtained and defended against temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions in trademark cases, and prevailed on summary judgment in defensive trademark cases. She also has state and federal appellate experience, including oral argument before the Ninth Circuit, and experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement.
