Laura Ganoza is a partner at Foley & Lardner LLP, where she is the Chair of the Miami Office Litigation Department and Co-Chairs the firm’s Fashion Apparel and Beauty team.
Ms. Ganoza has significant experience in complex commercial litigation matters, trade secret and non-compete actions, as well as the full range of intellectual property litigation matters, including trademark, copyright and patent infringement matters.
Ms. Ganoza represents clients in a variety of industries, including a number of fashion and apparel brands, at all stages of their development, from emerging start-ups to global conglomerates.
Ms. Ganoza successfully combines her litigation and IP experience on behalf of her clients. In addition to enforcing and litigating her client’s valuable rights, Ms. Ganoza manages the trademark and copyright portfolios for a wide range of clients and advises clients about how to obtain, maintain and protect their IP rights, both domestically and internationally.
Ms. Ganoza received her J.D. from New York University She earned her B.A. from the University of Florida.
Ms. Ganoza has been Peer Review Rated as AV® Preeminent™, the highest performance rating in Martindale-Hubbell's peer review rating system and was named as a Top Up & Comer in the 2008-2012, and Top Lawyer in the 2013-2016 editions of the South Florida Legal Guide. Ms. Ganoza is admitted to practice in Florida and New York. She is also a very active member of The International Trademark Association.
