Fernanda Flores is Director of Business Development and ADR Services at the American Arbitration Association–International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA-ICDR), based in the Los Angeles Regional Office. She is also part of the AAA’s National Technology Practice.
In her role, Fernanda administers large and complex arbitration matters, supports the recruitment and development of arbitrators, and advances the AAA-ICDR’s mission through business development, professional outreach, and educational initiatives.
Before joining the AAA-ICDR, Fernanda gained extensive experience in mediation, legal advocacy, and dispute resolution services in both Brazil and the United States. She also has a strong academic background in alternative dispute resolution from the University of Southern California, which complements her experience in international and cross-border dispute resolution.
