Bradley (Brad) Fach is a Registered Patent Practitioner and Certified Licensing Professional (CLP) with over 25 years of experience in patent lifecycle management and IP strategy. Operating at the intersection of technical prosecution and business-driven commercialization, he has personally drafted and filed over 1,000 patent applications across a diverse range of technologies, maintaining active, hands-on proficiency with federal and international filing mechanics, including WIPO's ePCT platform. Throughout his career, Brad has managed massive-scale global portfolios, notably overseeing 3,000+ active records and executing one of the largest one-day patent filings in USPTO history while at a top-tier IP law firm.

Currently serving as the Director of Patents, Licensing, and Legal Operations at UNC Charlotte, Brad combines his deep patent expertise with an entrepreneurial "builder" mindset. He actively architects and develops proprietary, AI-enabled patent management platforms and automation tools to modernize legacy legal workflows. A recognized thought leader in the IP community, Brad is a featured author on patent strategy in IAM Magazine and has held leadership roles with the Association of University Technology Managers (AUTM) and the Licensing Executives Society (LES).
