Kirk A. Damman is a Member at Lewis Rice who helps companies protect and leverage innovations across a broad range of technologies and industries. His intellectual-property practice focuses on patent prosecution and innovation-protection strategies, including patent, trademark, and copyright applications; trade-secret policies; IP licensing and other innovation-related agreements; and IP-dispute counseling. He has more than 25 years of experience before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A., magna cum laude, in Physics and Economics from Carleton College.
