Tom's practice focuses on district court litigation involving high-stakes patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation claims. Over the past 10 years, over half of his work has involved litigation for MedTech companies over high-tech medical devices. He has worked with both start-ups and established companies, and represents both plaintiffs and defendants.
