Bettridge, Paul

Paul is a UK and European Patent Attorney and UPC Representative, handling patent prosecution, European-wide clearance and defensive IP strategies, and contentious work, both at the EPO and UPC.  At the UPC, Paul has acted before the Paris and Milan Local Divisions and the Court of Appeal, including preliminary injunction, revocation and infringement actions.  Paul’s technical background is engineering, and his work spans a wide variety of technologies focusing in particular on consumer products and medical devices.
