I am an intellectual property attorney with 24 years of experience in complex patent, copyright, DMCA, trademark, licensing, and commercial matters. I have served as lead trial counsel, senior in-house counsel, and outside counsel, handling disputes ranging from modest matters to claims exceeding $1 billion. My experience includes U.S. and international litigation, arbitration, mediation, and settlement negotiations. I have managed arbitrations in the U.S. and Europe and completed the Mediation Intensive at Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation.
