Arbitration/Mediation of patent disputes.I have been an attorney for more than 30 years and a patent attorney for more than 25 years. I was an Administrative Patent Judge for 14 years and a clerk for the 3 years prior. In that time, I served on about 1,000 panels deciding primarily Ex parte appeals and American Invents Act Trials (primarily mechanical and electrical). Further, as head of the weekly training program for Judges for 15 years, I created, presented, and managed several hundred lessons on patent law. I presented numerous times at bar events.
