Mark is a former Federal Circuit Law Clerk and United States Patent Examiner with more than thirty years' experience litigating and resolving complex commercial and intellectual property disputes in courts across the United States, as well as before the United States Patent Trial and Appeal Board, the European Patent Office, and international courts, including in Germany, Sweden, Italy, Japan, China, and Taiwan. Recognized as a creative and practical problem solver, Mark has been tapped to serve as an early case evaluator, in addition to handling mediations and devising innovative solutions to resolve disputes on behalf of both Plaintiffs and Defendants.
