Mediation of patent, trademark/trade dress, copyright and trade secret disputes. During his career of over 40 years Gary handled more than 125 IP cases in every federal judicial circuit, including jury trials, controversies before the USPTO, and appeals at the Federal Circuit among others. He has been involved in dozens of mediations as a trial lawyer, mediator, and arbitrator.
