Mediation of patent disputes. I became certified in mediation in Georgia in April 2020 but have practiced law in Texas (1988) and Georgia (2007) and been involved in patent litigation and related legal malpractice since the mid 1990s. I served as a Rader clerk in 2012-13. I have not yet served as mediator but have been a lawyer at mediation, a client at mediation, and an expert at mediation.
