Key Initiatives
- The committee serves as a resource to the membership and AIPLA Board.
- It also considers impacts of legislative initiatives, analyzes USPTO proposals for changes in patent practice, drafts position papers for the AIPLA Board, and interacts with USPTO officials on matters of mutual interest and concern.
- The committee also tries to have a USPTO official present at all Committee meetings to respond directly to concerns of practitioners.
