    Christian Heine is a German and European Patent Attorney. He entered the field of IP in 2001 after studying physics with a minor in medicine in Germany. In 2008 he became partner of an IP boutique situated in Düsseldorf, Germany, who is operating under the name of KEENWAY Patentanwälte PartG mbB since January 2020. He is intensely involved in prosecuting, invalidating and litigating European and German patents, mostly in the fields of mechanical and electrical engineering and computer implemented inventions. Furthermore, he has vast experience in the field of German inventors’ law. He advises mainly medium sized business as well as major industrial enterprises based in Europe and overseas.
