Are you ready for Patents After the AIA?

Patents After the AIA - Evolving Law and Practice

This companion webinar series will further expand upon the insights of the forthcoming publication Patents After the AIA:  Evolving Law and Practice. As the most significant legislation to impact US patent  practice since 1952, the America Invents Act (AIA) has fundamentally altered the landscape for patent professionals.  The programs will provide strategy and advice for patent application preparation and filing, post-issuance review and challenges to patentability, and ongoing international patent law harmonization.

The standard of review in Post-Issuance Review Proceedings

Brad D. Pedersen of Patterson Thuente Pedersen, PA, and Barbara A. Fiacco of Foley Hoag LLP, will lead you through a discussion of the implications of the Cuozzo Speed Tech v.
