The USPTO is offering training to members of the public on topics related to examination practice and procedure derived from the recent training delivered to experienced USPTO examiners.
The sign-up form for the February 26, 27, and 28 vILT course entitled, “2019 Revised Subject Matter Eligibility Guidance: Advanced Module” is now available. USPTO trainers will lead this course and it is free to attend. Due to limited capacity, selection for attendance is based on a first-come, first-served basis. The USPTO is applying for CLE credit in Virginia for this course.
