The United States Patent and Trademark Office has issued a new examination guide, “Changes to Procedures Regarding Certain Documents.” It covers new procedures for requesting duplicate certificates of registration and submitting letters of protest, as well as changes to USPTO procedures for email correspondence that is returned to the USPTO as undeliverable.
