CLE Information

The 2023 Spring Meeting has an in-person maximum CLE total of 570 minutes including 60 minutes of Ethics. Credit amounts will vary by state, based upon each state’s regulations and credit calculation. Ethics CLE credit session listed below.

Ethics and Espresso: The Office of Enrollment and Discipline will present an hour of
PTAB-focused and/or USPTO ethics training.

The 2023 Spring Meeting has been pre-approved for Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bars in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Vermont in the amount of 570 CLE minutes, including 60 minutes of Ethics CLE credit for in-person attendance. 

AIPLA is an approved provider by most states requiring CLE. AIPLA is applying for credit for this meeting to most states. Credit hours will vary by state, based upon each state’s regulations and credit calculation. Complete CLE information will be available on-site at the AIPLA CLE Information Booth. The CLE Information Booth will remain open until 1:00 pm on Friday.
