Join us in Boston and get the most up-to-date information on US Patent Office practice, including: 

  • implementation of, and updates to, the USPTO’s Section 101 Guidelines,
  • tips for drafting successful quality patent applications,
  • search initiatives and AI tools, and
  • tips for trial practice before the PTAB, including interactive sessions with administrative patent judges and expert practitioners. 


The program will also feature sessions covering:

  • patent drafting strategies in line with the USPTO’s quality initiatives,
  • an update on Section 101 guidelines and how they impact our practice,
  • an overview and update on trial practice before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board,
  • tips for effective advocacy before the PTAB, and
  • an interview with the Chief Judge of the PTAB. 


Whether you are a patent prosecutor or patent litigator, this program will include useful tricks of the trade to help you in your practice before the USPTO.


CLE CREDIT: 
There are 375 minutes of CLE available for these programs.  Information will be available onsite.   For states that calculate hours in 60-minute, the CLE available is up to 6.25 hours. For states that calculate hours in 50-minute, the CLE available is up to 7.5 hours.
